Returns
At Caroline Kennedy Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Time Frame:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a full refund.
Return Process
1. Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@ckjewelry.ca to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Securely package the item in its original packaging, including the RA number in the package.
3. Shipping:
You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. We do not cover return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval:
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Partial Refunds:
Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
